Description

Choline, magnesium, and calcium are essential during pregnancy to support both mum and baby.

Choline: According to the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) set by the National Academy of Medicine, these requirements vary based on the stage of pregnancy. In the early pregnancy phase, spanning up to 12 weeks, the recommended choline intake stands at 450 milligrams per day, and it escalates to 550 milligrams per day during the later stages of pregnancy, after 12 weeks.

With some studies suggesting a higher intake during pregnancy could support better sustained attention in children [19]

Choline, an essential nutrient, is pivotal in supporting maternal and fetal health during pregnancy. Choline is indispensable for neural tube formation, brain development, and the overall well-being of expectant mothers, rendering it a cornerstone of prenatal care. [19]

Magnesium during pregnancy is important for almost every system in your body – and your baby's body, supporting muscle and nerve functions [20]

Calcium plays a vital role during pregnancy, supporting both mum and baby. It’s essential for the development of your baby’s bones and teeth, and also helps maintain muscle and nerve function throughout pregnancy.[21]

To meet your baby’s needs, your body may draw calcium from your bones—so getting enough helps protect your own bone strength too.

Some studies also suggest that adequate calcium intake may help reduce the risk of high blood pressure and preeclampsia, making it an important part of a healthy pregnancy. [21]

Directions

Add 1 scoop (5.5g) to 300ml of water & mix well. Consume 1 serving per day.

Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to heat sources and sunlight. Reseal packaging after each use.
