Directions

Add 1 scoop (5.5g) to 300ml of water & mix well. Consume 1 serving per day.

Choline

Choline: According to the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) set by the National Academy of Medicine, these requirements vary based on the stage of pregnancy. In the early pregnancy phase, spanning up to 12 weeks, the recommended choline intake stands at 450 milligrams per day, and it escalates to 550 milligrams per day during the later stages of pregnancy, after 12 weeks.

With some studies suggesting a higher intake during pregnancy could support better sustained attention in children [19]
