Directions / How to take

Take 2 or 3 softgels and 1 capsule daily with a glass of water or a cold drink. Take preferably with a main meal.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account. There’s no minimum commitment period, but we recommend staying on the plan for the duration of your pregnancy and throughout breastfeeding for the best results.

How do the at-home blood tests work?

The NurtureKit™ includes an easy-to-use at-home blood test for tracking your DHA levels. You collect a few drops of blood using a dried blood spot (DBS) sample and send it back to our lab for analysis. Based on the results, we adjust your supplement dosage to meet your unique nutritional needs.
