Take 2 or 3 softgels and 1 capsule daily with a glass of water or a cold drink. Take preferably with a main meal.
Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to heat sources and sunlight.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children.
