Receive your first month's supplements & NurtureKit®
- We’ll dispatch your first month’s supplements alongside a NurtureKit®, your at-home blood test.
- Using your NurtureKit®, you’ll take a simple blood test from the comfort of your home. The kit includes easy-to-follow instructions and a prepaid envelope, so you can quickly and conveniently send your sample to our lab.
Access your personalised results
- Once your sample arrives at our lab, our experts will carefully analyse it to assess your levels.
- Within about one week, your detailed, easy-to-understand results will be available through your secure online dashboard. These insights allow us to tailor your supplement plan to your unique nutritional needs.
Enjoy monthly personalised care
- With your results in hand, we’ll adjust your supplements to ensure they’re perfectly tailored to you and your baby.
- Every 28 days, you’ll receive your bespoke supplements and any necessary blood test kits, should you wish to test each month, providing continuous support throughout your pregnancy. And of course, we’re here for you every step of the way to answer questions or offer advice whenever you need it.

- Using your NurtureKit®, you’ll take a simple blood test from the comfort of your home. The kit includes easy-to-follow instructions and a prepaid envelope, so you can quickly and conveniently send your sample to our lab.
Our expert lab analyse results
- Our expert lab team analyse your test results looking specifically in detail at:
- DHA (fatty Acids)
- Vitamin D (if added as an optional extra) - These results allow us to tailor your next months supplementations for you and your baby.
Staying personalised throughout
- You have the option to purchase additional blood tests at any point during your subscription to check in on your nutrient levels, allowing us to tailor your plan as soon as your results are received.
- In month five of your subscription, you’ll receive an exclusive subscriber offer for a blood test, helping you check your nutrient levels as you prepare for your final trimester and ensuring your plan continues to support both you and your baby.
