Nurture® in detail

We’ll start by testing your nutrient levels at the beginning of your pregnancy and we’ll stay with you throughout your journey. Providing you tailored care as yours and your babies needs change throughout the next 9 months.

Receive your first month's supplements & NurtureKit®

We’ll dispatch your first month’s supplements alongside a NurtureKit®, your at-home blood test. 
Using your NurtureKit®, you’ll take a simple blood test from the comfort of your home. The kit includes easy-to-follow instructions and a prepaid envelope, so you can quickly and conveniently send your sample to our lab.

Step 3

Access your personalised results

Once your sample arrives at our lab, our experts will carefully analyse it to assess your levels.
Within about one week, your detailed, easy-to-understand results will be available through your secure online dashboard. These insights allow us to tailor your supplement plan to your unique nutritional needs.

Step 4

Enjoy monthly personalised care

With your results in hand, we’ll adjust your supplements to ensure they’re perfectly tailored to you and your baby.
Every 28 days, you’ll receive your bespoke supplements and any necessary blood test kits, should you wish to test each month, providing continuous support throughout your pregnancy. And of course, we’re here for you every step of the way to answer questions or offer advice whenever you need it.

Using your NurtureKit®, you’ll take a simple blood test from the comfort of your home. The kit includes easy-to-follow instructions and a prepaid envelope, so you can quickly and conveniently send your sample to our lab.

Step 2

Our experts lab analyse results

Our expert lab team analyse your test results looking specifically in detail at:
- DHA (fatty Acids)
- Vitamin D
These results allow us to tailor your next months supplementations for you and your baby.

Step 3

Staying personalised throughout

You have the option to purchase additional blood tests each month to check in on your levels, and allowing us to tailor your subscription plan as soon as we receive the results.  
Or if you’d prefer, on month five of your subscription, we’ll send you a FREE blood test to do another check in and ensure your subscription is still perfectly suitable for you and your baby.

What subscription plans are available, and what do they include?

Nurture offers one simple monthly subscription plan which includes our three core products:

NurtureMulti: A prenatal multivitamin with 11 essential nutrients, including Iron, Vitamin D3, and Folate.
NurtureOmega: A high strength DHA and EPA supplement to support fetal brain and eye development.
NurtureBoost: A choline, calcium, and magnesium drink mix to further support both maternal and fetal health.

What happens after I subscribe?

Once you subscribe, you’ll receive your first Nurture delivery within 1-2 business days. This includes your 28-day supply of NurtureMulti, NurtureOmega, NurtureBoost, and free blood testing kit. You'll continue receiving these deliveries every 28 days to ensure a consistent supply throughout your pregnancy.

How often will I receive my supplements and blood tests?

Your supplements are delivered every 28 days, so you’re never without the support you need. We include two free blood tests—one with your first month, and another at the start of your third trimester—to track your nutrient levels and inform any adjustments for your final stage of pregnancy.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account. There’s no minimum commitment period, but we recommend staying on the plan for the duration of your pregnancy and throughout breastfeeding for the best results.

Please note, if you would like to cancel your subscription, please let us know at least 3 working days before your next order is due to be shipped. Once you've received your shipping confirmation, we’re unable to make any immediate changes or offer a refund.
