Returns & Refunds

This returns policy applies to items purchased directly from our website. If you bought your Nurture products from another retailer, please contact them directly for their returns and refund process.

Please do not return orders to the address printed on the packaging, contact us to arrange your return.

Our Happiness Guarantee

At Nurture, your experience matters. We’re here to support you throughout your pregnancy journey, and we want you to feel confident in every product you receive.

If something isn’t right for you, we offer a full refund on your first order within 30 days of purchase.

To request a refund, simply email us at support@nurture-life.co.uk with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • The product name(s)
  • A brief note on why it wasn’t right for you

All refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

This guarantee applies to your first purchase of each product and to orders made directly through Nurture. Bulk orders of the same product are excluded. Please note that we cannot accept returns of blood test kits. We may limit or decline refunds in cases of misuse or fraud

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take several days for the funds to appear in your account.
