What happens if my blood sample is damaged or insufficient?
If your sample is damaged, contaminated, or contains an insufficient amount of blood for testing, we will notify you promptly. In such cases, we can provide guidance on next steps, including sending you a replacement NurtureKit® at no extra cost.
How do you ensure the accuracy of my blood test results?
Our lab follows ISO 17025-certified processes and participates in rigorous external quality assurance programs. Every test undergoes multiple validation steps, using cutting-edge equipment from trusted manufacturers to ensure the highest level of accuracy and reliability.
How is my blood sample stored during the testing process?
Your sample is handled with care and stored under strictly controlled conditions to prevent contamination or degradation. Once testing is complete, your sample is safely discarded in compliance with all regulatory standards.
